The School of Music's new music engineering studio features a recording control
room with a critical-listening environment and a reflection-free studio suite;
both are for instruction and production activities. The recording studio enables
analog or digital demonstration/teaching, music rehearsal, and recording and
mixing of campus events in stereo, 5.1 music surround, or film/video surround.
Audio and video capture of theater events is possible from the floor above.
