Steve Horvath brings real design strength in telecommunications systems and security design from six years with two of the largest architectural firms in the region.

Core design experience spans voice, data, and security systems in medical, educational and military applications throughout the eastern US. He has designed building-wide systems including nurse call, CATV and security for major hospitals from Florida to Dubai. Other experience include diverse projects from a small community library in Pennsylvania to a series of Army Reserve Bases throughout Texas. His background also includes designing professional broadcast studios, as well as producing live programs and audio post-production in those very studios.

Recent design assignments include IT systems for the new Taylor Family Digital Library at the University of Calgary, data and communication infrastructure for San Bernardino Valley College in Southern California, and a new Information & Technology Convergence Center for University of Mary Washington in northern Virginia.

Steve received his Associates Degree in Specialized Technology in Architectural Computer-Aided Drafting and Design from Triangle Tech. In his off time, he enjoys playing softball and fishing.
