MARK VALENTI ELECTED CHAIRMAN OF
COUNCIL OF INDEPENDENT
CONSULTANTS
IN AUDIOVISUAL TECHNOLOGIES

Mark Valenti,
President
of The Sextant Group, Inc. of Pittsburgh has
been elected Chairman of the
Council of Independent
Consultants in Audiovisual Technologies (ICAT) one
of the longest running and largest councils within the
International Communications
Industries Association,
Inc. (ICIA). ICAT is composed entirely of independent
design consultants (i.e., consultants who provide facility
design, system
design and construction administration
services, but do not engage in the
direct sale of equipment).
The ICAT Council’s mission is to offer a forum
for
independent A/V consultants to address issues pertinent
to their role
in the A/V industry and to promote the work
of independent A/V consultants.
As President of ICAT,
Valenti will enjoy a seat on the Board of Directors
of ICIA.
